Only authorized vehicles are allowed Community Security monitors guest vehicles, therefore, no unregistered guests nor vehicles are allowed. This property is near Highway 10 and a railroad. You really can't hear any traffic or train noise from inside the house or on the patio. The sound of a passing train is only audible from the front of the house. I have put sound machines in all rooms just in case though.

Bryan’s place was a wonderful and peaceful place to stay in Palm Desert! The vibe was perfect for our little family looking for a quiet weekend with pool access and country club vibes. The condo was clean and comfortable with a nice and modern aesthetic that was also kid friendly! Bryan was a fantastic host and easy to communicate with if needed. The option for an early check-in and late checkout was very convenient as well! Hope to come back soon!

No other place to stay in Palm Desert. BRYAN was a tremendous host and the condo felt like home. From all the charging stations to every single amenity and detail we thought we needed…It felt like home away from home. I would recommend this to my most trusted colleagues, family, and friends. The country club is very friendly, the menu was fantastic and for anybody that likes to walk it was safe and beautiful each morning. Sunsets at night were incredible from the oversized outdoor living area and the water feature provided a nice foreground to the Mountain View. The golf was great too- I recommend the Championship Course.

Bryan’s place felt like home. He has thought of virtually anything one may need for a stay in his home. Beautiful cozy decor, every appliance you can think of, beautiful details. The home is very well equipped for a short or long stay. We loved the view, and just being in the back yard overlooking the greens and lakes. The furniture is all fantastic high quality (inside and out) the country club where the home is located has many amenities that can be used by guests, and one of the many pools is a few steps away from the home. 3 beautiful bedrooms. Great linens. Many restaurants near by. The home is better than the photos. Bryan himself was an extremely hospitable host. Very responsive, and extremely polite. We will certainly return.

Our stay was exceptional from beginning to end, highlighted by great communication and a fantastic location in Palm Desert. The well-organized condo featured beautiful decor, comfortable furniture, and all necessary amenities. We enjoyed relaxing strolls in the mornings and watching sunsets from the patio in the evenings. One of the nicest places we have ever stayed! Everything was immaculate. Check-in was super easy, and the host provided everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable and every room had a large TV. The resort was beautiful, with great amenities. We would spend our mornings in the hot tub that was just a few steps from the condo, and our evenings sitting on the large patio with one of the best views we have ever seen. Overall, it was an AMAZING experience. We will be back!

Incredible experience from start to finish. The host was proactive and provided all the instructions in a super easy-to-follow way. We absolutely LOVED this resort—there was something for everyone: tennis, golf, pickleball, a fitness center, and amazing pools. The house itself was beautiful and spotless, with plenty of space to spread out and relax. The patio was awesome, with a great view to top it all off. We’d book it again in a heartbeat.

I had an incredible stay at the condo! The space was modern, beautiful, and spotless. The view made every morning special. The owner was fantastic to communicate with, always quick to respond and very attentive to details. I especially loved the guidebook, which had great recommendations and helpful tips for exploring the area. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.
